Shipping and Policies

We normally ship on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. If you need special handling for your order, please contact us. Telephone at 1-865-482-1394 or Email us at Scottie@tartanscrapbooks.com.

We ship by USPS First Class, under 14 ounces and Priority Mail, over 14 ounces. If you use PayPal to complete your order, their routines will add shipping charges. If your place your order by phone or email, we will add shipping and send you an invoice.

International shipping: We are working with PayPal's international shipping schedule. If there is additional postage is due, we will bill you for it. If Paypal overestimates the postage, we will refund the overage to your account.

You can place an order for anything on this site by adding the item to your shopping cart. We accept Paypal for online orders.

You may also call 1-865-482-1394 to make an order over the phone and pay the invoice by personal check or money order. We also accept email orders at MacSales@tartanscrapbooks.com.

This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
